IQOS Trade-In

This project brief was to create a service that allows existing IQOS users to trade in their old devices in exchange for discounts on the newer models.

This project was a complex undertaking as the process and rules around how a user is able to use this service are complex. Additionally the eligibility requirements and offerings differ depending on the market. As such we had to map out a number of different flows and ensure the journey made sense for all use cases.

This is one of the Hub page variants we needed to create for markets with a more limited product offering. In this case there is only one device that the user would be able to upgrade to.
